I appreciate you being here and hope to make this (sometimes overwhelming) process as simplified and enjoyable as I possible can for you. I began my preservation passion in memory of a loved one early 2021 and since then have been helping new and returning clients to create tangible and treasured pieces of art.

THE PROCESS
STEP 1: Request your date on the form below.
All inquiries are responded to within a 24hour period.
Please check your spam folder and leave an alternative contact email/phone number.
Your date will only be held for a 48hour period after our confirmation
Enter your event date as well as your preferred drop-off date.
Preservation should begin preferably 1-2 days following your event for your best preservation results.

MEMORIAL INQUIRY PLEASE NOTE:
*Only steps 1 through 3 are applicable but please feel free to call/text Quiann and speak to me directly.
STEP 2: Date Confirmed
Once date is confirmed you will be directed
to complete the following:
1) Send Non-refundable deposit.
2) Receive a Q&A Form & Sign Contract.
4) Receive & complete the Personal Info and Preferences Form.
STEP 3: All set! Receive your reservation confirmation!
Once the above requirements are completed you will have received a reservation confirmation!
Please note: Reservation is not confirmed without all of step 2 completed.
STEP 4: Drop-off Plan
Approximately one week prior to your event we will email to solidify an in person drop-off or mail-to-me plan in White Rock BC along with some friendly (but detailed) care reminders for your special flowers.
Please send any special fabrics or items you're hoping to add to the final piece with your flowers. Photos or forgotten items can be dropped-off or mailed to us in White Rock BC but must be done prior to beginning design.
PRESERVATION BEGINS
Once we receive your flowers they will undergo a special rehydration process until Quiann feels they are complete, we will then immediately begin your flowers meticulous preservation process!
We must know at this time if any of your flowers will need to be pressed or semi-pressed for:

To keep your piece investment-rate-friendly

Ornaments
PLEASE NOTE: Once preservation begins it can not be reversed.

Your flowers will take approximately 4 weeks to preserve, to which you will receive an update but please expect a 6-8 month turnaround during busier seasons.
DESIGN BEGINS
We at TY Forever Flowers intuitively create timeless pieces of art, so although you have the option to choose from many different styles, your piece will be artistically crafted just for you and never recreated.
To Begin:
You will receive an email to confirm your choices and preferred design
that was indicated on our form during step2.

if we don't receive a response from you within 5 business days.
HINT:
Before letting us know which type of designs speak to you (and to get a real feel of what your options are) we recommend looking through our gallery, checking out our social media posts

Payment:
Payment is due in-full prior to beginning design.
If mailing is required the fee will be applied to final balance on your invoice.
Once payment is received, an approximate completion date will be given
and the next time you hear from us it will be when your pieces are coming home!
